1. Returns for Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. FAKHUR will gladly accept returns in the following circumstances:
- If the abaya you received is not the one you ordered.
- If there is a discrepancy in color compared to your original order.
- If any defects are present in the received item that were not evident at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return for an incorrect item, please follow these steps:
