Return Policy

1. Returns for Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item or your order was not fulfilled accurately, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. Abaya Brand will gladly accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • If the abaya you received is not the one you ordered.

  • If there is a discrepancy in size  to your original order.

  • If any defects are present in the received item that were not evident at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return for an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

B. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request, and if eligible, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions for shipping the item back to us.

C. Packing the Return: Safely pack the incorrect item in its original packaging or an equivalent suitable packaging. Include a copy of your return authorization notice within the package.

D. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us securely.

Not Eligible For Return or Exchange

  • Size issues, style preferences, or change of mind.

  • Damaged due to use, mishandling, or after 48 hours of delivery.

  • No exchanges or refunds are provided under any circumstances.

🔁 Replacement Process

  1. Email us at fakhurofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos of the item received.

  2. Once verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the correct item.

  3. No refunds will be issued under any condition.

4. Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned within 2 days from the date of receiving the incorrect item.

  • The abaya must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Exclusions
